  • Our turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project. For most services, such as social media flyers, style guides, or color palettes, the typical completion time is 3-5 business days after payment and confirmation of project details. For more complex designs like logo creation or multi-part branding packages, we’ll provide an estimated timeline when discussing your project. If you need a rush order, let us know, and we can accommodate for an additional fee.

  • We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your design. That’s why we offer up to two rounds of revisions free of charge for each project. If you need further adjustments beyond that, additional revisions can be arranged at a reasonable rate. Unfortunately, since our services are custom and digital, we do not offer refunds once a project is completed. However, we’ll work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure you’re happy with the final result.
